Centre court attraction
ACTIV-Banner was used for the
third year running at the ATP Tennis Masters Series event in Madrid
(from 15th - 23rd October 2005).
An ACTIV-Banner control
system, provided and set up by Technographic Displays, controlled LED
display modules placed all round the centre court at the Casa de Campo
in Madrid.
Video and animated
advertisements were shown in between games and static sponsors' logos
during play.
Technographic
Displays provided an interface with the service speed radar system
enabling the service speeds to be shown instantly after each serve.
TechScore at sc Heerenveen
TechScore was used at its very first live
event on Sunday 2nd October 2005. Mitsubishi Electric installed a
7.2m x 5.2m Diamond Vision screen at Abe Lenstra Stadion, home of Dutch
side sc Heerenveen, and chose TechScore as the scoreboard
package.
Arthur Jackson and Simon Rackstraw of
Technographic Displays provided training and technical support at this
first event, and everyone at the Club was delighted both with
Mitsubishi Electric's very high-quality video display and the scoreboard system.
A second identical screen will be installed by Mitsubishi Electric in the stadium
in 2006.
TechScore launched
TechScore v1.0 was launched in August
2005.

was controlled by Technographic's ACTIV-Banner system. The system
comprised 42 Unitek MS25 display modules provided by Creative
Technology, driven by single ACTIV Banner controller linked to a laptop
PC running ACTIV-8.
